How do I Join?
Joining is a two step process:
1. Registration: Click register in the top navigation bar. You will
then need to go through a quick 3 page joining survey to provide some basic contact and demographic details.
2. Confirm email address: After you complete the registration survey, an email
will be sent to you to confirm the email address you have provided.
How do I build my profile?
Click on the my account link and update your personal information regularly.
It's important that you give us accurate information to ensure we can send surveys that are relevent and interesting to you. We will inform you when we add any new topics for you to complete.
Current topics include: cars, finance, medical, mobile phones and travel.
How do I login to my account?
Go to the login page and input your username (usually your email address) and password.
I can't remember my password
Go to the login Page and click the link to retrieve your password.
Input your email address and a temporary password will be sent to
you. You can then log in and reset your password to somthing that's easy for you to remember.
How do I update my email address and other details?
To update your email address/username please write to
helpdesk@opinionmatters.com.au. Remember to include your old email address as well as your new one in the email. Please allow up to 7 days for the change to be made.
To update youre profile, login to your account and click on My personal information.

How do I complete surveys?
Survey invitations will be sent to the email address you provide. Only the profile surveys can be accessed without an invitation.

Invitations come from the email address: newsurvey@opinionmatters.com.au , do not try to reply to this address. Instead, write to helpdesk@opinionmatters.com.au
How often will survey invitations be sent to me?
The time between surveys can vary. Often researchers will target particular demographics. On average, we hope to send you a survey about once a month.

The Opinion Matters points system has changed.
Every time you complete a survey with Opinion Matters you will earn cash. Prize points no longer exist, however you may be entered into prize draws for completing certain surveys. Cash and prizes are no longer awarded for profile surveys.
Points are redeemable through PayPal. From PayPal you can get them transferred to your nominated bank account or use them for shopping online.
What is the Minimum Redeemable Amount?
AU$25.00 is the minimum amount that may be redeemed for cash or donated to charity.
In what form will I receive payment?
Points may be redeemed through PayPal.
