	A. Payment for Surveys NO CURRENT PRIZE DRAW SCHEDULED, ALL POINTS WILL BE CONVERTED TO CASH UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: Opinion Matters pays you for each survey you complete, excluding the profile surveys on this website. Money in your Opinion Matters account may be redeemed for cash though PayPal. http://www.paypal.com/au. The minimum amount to redeem is AU$25.00. A member needs to login to their account and access the points page to perform this action. PayPal charges a transaction fee of 2% of the amount transferred. If a member terminates their account all points are forfeited and can no longer be redeemed for cash. If a member is suspected of dishonest or fraudulent behaviour, Opinion Matters maintains the right to terminate membership and any points earned, or to suspend a members account while an investigation into fraudulent behaviour is carried out. The standard payment amount for surveys unless otherwise specified is $AU0.50 for the first 6 minutes and then $AU0.10 for each additional minute. B. Membership Conditions Opinion Matters is open to Australian residents only. Members found to be living outside Australia will have thier membership terminated and points cancelled. Opinion Matters is open to people 18 years of age or older. Each member of Opinion Matters may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted. Opinion Matters holds the right to terminate membership where faudulent behaviour is likely to have occured. Such behaviour may include, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts using fraudulent names and email address. In such instances, any payment and eligibility for prize draws will be cancelled for that member. Members are required to provide meaningful, honest responses to surveys. If members provide dishonest or nonsensical answers to surveys then that member's account may be cancelled at the discretion of Opinion Matters. C. Updates to Terms and Conditions Terms and conditions are currently being updated and the new version will be available shortly.
