The People at Work Report
Opinion Matters and markettiers have partnered with ADP on two large-scale global reports which run yearly. These reports complement each other, offering insights from both organisational leaders and employees, providing a comprehensive view of workforce dynamics and payroll’s role in shaping the future of work.
The Campaign
ADP is one of the largest providers of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the world and the People at Work report provides it with valuable insights for use by its sales and account management teams, as well as collateral for marketing and PR activation. The annual study, which we’ve conducted for the last decade, reveals the views and sheds light on the experiences of workforces around the world. Initially a European study, since expanded to a global remit surveying over 34,000 workers in 17 countries, it explores a multitude of topics ranging from training, remuneration, optimism and career prospects, to mental health, presenteeism and discrimination in the workplace.
Methodology
Sample: 34,612 Workers with at least 500 per market specifically in the gig economy
- Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Poland and Switzerland)
- North America (US and Canada) (note, under 18s not to be included in the US)
- LATAM (Brazil, Argentina and Chile)
- APAC (Australia, India, Singapore, China and Japan*)
- Japan added for ADP PaW 2024
