CIFAS -Learning Survey

  • Campaign Overview

Cifas, the UK’s leading fraud prevention service, knows how vital it is to have the most robust counter-fraud controls, systems and training in place to ensure organisations tackle fraud and financial crime effectively.

Alongside delivering data and intelligence services, Cifas has a learning arm – designed to upskill workforces so they can add another layer of critical counter-fraud defence to their businesses.

  • The Campaign

Opinion Matters have been running a research project for them since 2022 to better understand the level of fraud prevention training held within large UK businesses and the importance of fraud prevention training to those organisations by surveying 500 UK-based decision-makers with responsibility for staff training programmes/ budgets working in companies that employ 1,000+ people with UK operations guaranteeing at least 100 respondents with UK based staff working from home for some of the time.

  • The Results

The research we conduct establishes an outline of respondents’ fraud prevention learning and training provision, & ascertains how prepared they are for upcoming guidelines, and which frauds they are most worried about over the year ahead.

Results from the research are used to underpin a live external facing campaign and also helped to drive forward awareness of Cifas’ Learning offerings and courses.
